Shimano Mountain
Will a Shimano XT Shadow (M772) rear derailleur fit my Scott Reflex 40 Mountain Bike?
The rear cassette has 30 "teeth" on the large disc and 8 discs. i also need to buy the piece of metal that attaches a derailleur thingy to my bike, but i don't know what it's called.
You can use the Shadow rear derailleur. The part it attaches to is referred to as the "hanger bracket" or "derailleur bracket".
