Shimano Acera
I just bought a Giant Boulder SE 21 Speed Bike for $200, used- but like new condition. Good bike/ deal?
I bought it from someone locally, it looks very new- not sure what year. It's like a deep maroon color. It has Acera Shimano, Sa-Suntour pedal mounts, and it says 100 mm on the fork. It's a 21 speed, perfect shape.
Is this a good bike for a casual rider like myself? Or should have I spent the $200 on a new Schwinn at Target/ Walmart.
you may have been able to get it cheaper, if you'd had someone assisting with your purchase. new these bikes average $330. it's definitely a better buy than the crap at wallywood. if you have any mechanical troubles, it'll be more readily serviceable than the generic crap on the wallywood bike. you did ok. now enjoy your new-to-you bike!
