How do I raise the handle bars of my Apollo XC26se mountain bike?
Sorry I have no idea what your bike is. It depends if it's a quill or threadless stem. Asside from the stem you can buy a riser handlebar. A quill stem can be loosened and raised or a new high rise stem can be bought. A threadless: If you have any spacers on top of stem, re-install under it. Flip the stem over it that applies or purchase a higher rise stem.
