Bike Bib Shorts
Road Bike CYCLISTS: Should I get bib shorts or non-bib shorts?
You should try both, they both have their advantages and disadvantages. Bib shorts are better in fit and feel, they keep your "treasures" more secure (IMO) than the regular shorts, and there's no tension at the belly area. The bib however, are a bit hassle to go to bathroom, and cost more than plain cycling shorts.
Since you'll be needing several if you ride regularly, get both and see how you like it.
Don't want to sound like a salesperson, but the bib at performance bike is the best deal so far.

These are not on sale right now, but they often do, so check back later. The performance shorts somehow are one size smaller than other brands, so be sure to try them out if you have a local store.
